EXCHANGE POLICY 


RETURNS

If an item you ordered doesn’t work for you, you may exchange that item for STORE CREDIT within 21 days of receiving the item. 

We only offer STORE CREDIT. We do not offer REFUNDS.

Orders purchased with a discount code during sales are FINAL SALE. Thank you!

Code “HOLIDAY and CHRISTMAS“- All sales are final sale- No returns/exchanges. No exceptions.

STORE CREDIT can be used toward anything on the website and never expires. Please be aware that shipping costs will not be refunded and store credit cannot be combined with other discount codes at checkout. 

BEFORE shipping your items back, please EMAIL returngabyver@gmail.com (this is a new email so if you already contacted us at shopgabyver@gmail.com, we will reply there) We won’t process any packages sent without prior contact.

Before returning any items:

  1. If the item you received includes tags, they must be attached .
  2. All accessories (including scarfs, backpacks, hats) are FINAL SALE.
  3. Returns must be POSTMARKED within 21 days of delivery to the customer. If an item is sent back after 21 days, unfortunately, it will not be accepted.
  4. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible to return and will be marked “return to sender”.
  5. Please make sure the items are free of any marks, perfumes, stains, deodorant, or makeup.
  6. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping and handling cost on their  returns. These charges are NON REFUNDABLE.
  7. For damaged items or if you received an incorrect item, please email us within 5 days of receiving the item. GabyVer will cover the cost of shipping the item back. After 5 days, we will not be responsible for the item. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be claimed as damaged. If the item arrived with tags, please make sure all tags are included. GabyVer will issue a full store credit refund for the damaged items or send you the correct item. 
  8. If an item is returned without meeting the above criteria, it will be sent back at the cost of the customer.
  9. If you purchased something with store credit and return it a second time, a restocking fee for $5.00 will be applied.

**ALL  WAREHOUSE SALES, POP-UP SHOPS, FLASH SALES, DEALS OF THE DAY, IN-STORE CREDIT CODES, MARKDOWNS, SALE ITEMS, SWIMSUITS, AND ACCESSORIES ARE “FINAL SALE”. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO EXCHANGES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow us 5-7 business days for us to issue you store credit which will be emailed to you.

EXCHANGE

Because we have a quick turnover in products,  we do not offer exchanges on our items. Rather, we will offer a store credit code that may be used on the same item in a different size (if it’s available) or any other item on our website. The store credit never expires.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
Please make sure your order is correct and you have selected the items that you want before checking out. We do not allow order cancellations. NO EXCEPTIONS.


USA SHIPPING

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We use USPS for all shipping. Estimated shipping is between 2-5 business days after the order has been processed (processing time takes 1-3 business days).

Expedited shipping expedites the total shipping process between 1-5 business days.

We offer free shipping to all orders shipped to the United States. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders have an $18 USD flat rate shipping cost. We do not accept returns/exchanges on internationally shipped items.

 All packages are shipped with duties and taxes unpaid. These charges may or may not apply to your package. Unfortunately, GabyVer cannot currently determine what these charges may be. If you have questions regarding these fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office regarding your country’s custom policies. Customers will be responsible for all duties, taxes, customs and/or brokerage fees.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

GabyVer is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS post office with questions regarding shipment tracking or lost package claims. 

**NOTE** Colors may vary slightly due to computer/phone settings, lighting, and the use of presets. Clothing patterns and pattern placement may also vary slightly. If you are unsure of an item’s color, pattern, or pattern placement, please email shopgabyver@gmail.com and we can send you an additional information on the items you are interested in.
